Agreement to Terms

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout per bet is ₹10,00,000 (10 lakhs) unless otherwise specified for special events. Maximum daily winnings are ₹50,00,000 (50 lakhs).

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Terms

All bonuses come with specific terms and conditions. These include wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Bonus abuse (including using betting patterns designed to guarantee profits) will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses expire after 30 days if wagering requirements are not met. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting requirements forfeits the bonus and any winnings from bonus funds.

We reserve the right to cancel bonuses at any time if we suspect abuse or violation of terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using the platform for money laundering
• Fraudulent activity including chargebacks
• Creating multiple accounts
• Using VPN to disguise your location
• Colluding with other users
• Using automated betting software or bots
• Exploiting software bugs or errors
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Providing false information during registration
• Attempting to manipulate odds or outcomes

Responsible Gambling

We promote responsible gambling and provide tools to help you stay in control:

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses from betting
• Technical failures or downtime
• Third-party service interruptions (payment processors, data providers)
• Errors in odds or results (though we correct them when discovered)
• Unauthorized account access due to poor password security
• Losses due to your internet connection issues

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount in your account balance at the time of the incident.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact customer support first. Most issues are resolved quickly through this channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to our compliance team. Their decision is final and binding.

Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Curacao, where we are licensed.

Changes to Terms
