How do I create an account?
Visit our website and click the “Sign Up” button. Fill in your mobile number, email, and create a password. You’ll receive an OTP for verification. After verification, complete your profile with personal details and upload ID documents for KYC verification. The entire process takes about 5 minutes. Once your documents are verified (usually within 24 hours), you can start depositing and betting.
What documents do I need for verification?
You need one government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, or driving license. The document must be valid and show your full name, date of birth, and photo clearly. Additionally, you may need proof of address like a utility bill or bank statement if your ID doesn’t show your current address. Make sure photos are clear and all corners of the document are visible.
How long does verification take?
Standard verification takes 2-24 hours depending on submission volume. Most accounts get verified within 12 hours. If documents are unclear or incomplete, you’ll receive an email asking for resubmission, which may extend the timeline. First-time withdrawals might trigger additional verification that can take an extra 24-48 hours. We recommend completing verification immediately after registration rather than waiting until you want to withdraw.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No, creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Each person can maintain only one account. We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, any UPI app), Paytm wallet, and direct bank transfers. UPI is the fastest and most popular method with instant deposits. Bank transfers work but take 1-2 hours to reflect in your account. We’re constantly adding new payment options based on user demand. Cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported but may be added in the future.
Are deposits instant?
UPI and Paytm deposits are instant in most cases. Your account balance updates within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers take 1-2 hours due to inter-bank processing times. If a deposit takes longer than expected, first check if the payment actually left your bank account. Sometimes payment apps show “processing” even though the transaction hasn’t completed. If money was deducted but doesn’t appear in your account after 2 hours, contact support with your transaction ID.
Can I deposit using someone else’s account?
No, third-party deposits are not allowed. All deposits must come from payment methods in your own name matching your registered account details. This anti-money laundering measure protects both you and us. If we detect a third-party deposit, it will be refunded to the source account and your account may be suspended pending investigation. If you want someone to gift you betting money, they should transfer it to your personal account first.

How long do withdrawals take?
Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 24-48 hours for UPI and Paytm. Bank transfers take 3-5 business days. First-time withdrawals may take longer (up to 72 hours) due to additional security checks. Weekends and public holidays can add 1-2 days to bank transfer timelines. Large withdrawals exceeding ₹1,00,000 may require manual approval which extends processing time by 24 hours. Once processed, the money typically reaches your account within a few hours.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Minimum withdrawal is ₹1,000. This prevents excessive small withdrawals that create processing overhead. There’s no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but daily withdrawals are capped at ₹5,00,000 (5 lakhs) for security reasons. If you win more than this, you can withdraw the remaining amount the next day. These limits may be increased for VIP users with established betting history.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Several reasons can cause pending withdrawals. First, check if your KYC verification is complete—unverified accounts cannot withdraw. Second, ensure you’ve met the minimum wagering requirement (deposits must be bet at least once). Third, if you claimed a bonus, check if you’ve completed the wagering requirements. Fourth, verify that your payment details are correct. If everything checks out and your withdrawal is still pending after 48 hours, contact support with your transaction ID for investigation.

Odds change based on betting patterns and real-time match developments. The odds at the moment you place your bet are locked in for that bet.
What is the maximum bet amount?
Maximum bet amounts vary by sport and market. Popular cricket matches typically allow up to ₹50,000 per bet. Less popular events have lower limits, sometimes ₹5,000-10,000. Live betting often has lower maximums than pre-match betting. These limits exist to manage our risk and ensure we can always pay out winnings. VIP users may have higher limits. If you try to place a bet exceeding the maximum, the system will show an error and tell you the maximum allowed.
Can I cancel a bet after placing it?
No, all bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reduce bets after placement. This is why the platform asks for confirmation before finalizing any bet. Always double-check your selection, stake amount, and odds before clicking the final confirm button. In very rare cases of obvious system errors (like odds displaying 1000.0 instead of 10.0), the platform may void bets, but this is entirely at our discretion.
When do bets get settled?
Most bets settle within 15-30 minutes after the event concludes. We wait for official results from trusted data providers to ensure accuracy. Complex bets or markets requiring manual verification may take up to 2 hours. If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement rules depend on the specific market—some bets void, others settle based on the score at abandonment time. Check individual market rules for details. Unsettled bets don’t affect your available balance for new bets.
What happens if a match is cancelled?
If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned to your account. If a match is abandoned after starting, settlement depends on the market type. Match winner bets usually void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Some markets like “first over runs” or “first wicket” may stand if that event was completed before abandonment. How do I claim the welcome bonus?

If you deposit first without claiming, the bonus won’t be added retroactively. Welcome bonuses are one-time offers for new users only. What are wagering requirements?
Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus winnings. For example, a ₹1,000 bonus with 5x wagering requires you to place ₹5,000 worth of bets (5 times ₹1,000). Not all bets count equally—bets on heavy favorites or certain low-risk markets may count partially or not at all. You must complete wagering within 30 days or the bonus expires. Withdrawing before completing requirements forfeits the bonus and any winnings from bonus funds.
Can I withdraw my deposit without betting?
Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This anti-money laundering measure prevents people from using the platform to transfer money. The requirement applies to your deposit amount, not bonuses. For example, if you deposit ₹1,000, you must place at least ₹1,000 in bets (winning or losing) before you can withdraw. Your original deposits and winnings from deposit money remain unaffected. The expiry clock starts from the moment the bonus is credited, not from when you claim it. The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

Check if an update is available in your download folder or website. Restart your phone to clear memory. If crashes persist, uninstall and reinstall the app—this fixes most persistent issues. Make sure your phone has enough storage space (at least 500MB free). Very old Android versions (below 7.0) may have compatibility issues.
Why are odds not updating?
Check your internet connection first—odds need active connectivity to update. Refresh the page or restart the app. Sometimes during major events with heavy traffic, odds updates may lag by a few seconds. This is normal and affects all users equally. If odds are stuck for several minutes, it usually means the market is suspended temporarily (often happens during key match moments like wickets or goals). The market reopens with updated odds once the situation stabilizes.
My balance is not showing correctly. Why?
Your displayed balance might not include pending bets. Check your bet history to see if funds are tied up in unsettled bets. If a deposit just completed, wait 2-3 minutes and refresh—sometimes there’s a slight delay in balance updates. Log out and log back in to force a balance refresh. If your balance is still wrong after these steps, note the exact amount shown versus what it should be, and contact support immediately with screenshots and recent transaction details.

How do I change my password?
Log into your account and go to Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice for confirmation. Use a strong password mixing letters, numbers, and symbols. The change takes effect immediately. You’ll be logged out of all devices and need to log in again with the new password. If you’ve forgotten your current password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page instead.
Can I change my registered mobile number?
Yes, but it requires verification. Go to Settings → Personal Information → Change Mobile Number. You’ll need to verify both the old number (via OTP) and the new number. The process may take 24-48 hours as our team manually approves such changes for security reasons. During this period, you can still use your account normally. You cannot change your mobile number if you have pending bets or withdrawals—wait for these to complete first.
How do I close my account?
Contact customer support and request account closure. They’ll ask for a reason (optional but helps us improve) and verify your identity. Withdraw all funds before requesting closure—you cannot access your account after closure. Pending bets must settle first. Account closure is permanent and cannot be easily reversed. If you think you might want to return, consider self-exclusion instead, which is temporary. Closure takes 7-10 business days to complete.
What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra security layer to your account. When enabled, you need both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile to log in.
